Our Return Policy

Due to the time and expense involved in creating high-quality printed artwork, we are currently only able to accept returns or exchanges of defective or damaged items. We can also only replace an item with one of the same item.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@gladmatter.com with your reason for the return or exchange, and a (required) copy of your receipt.

Once we have received your request, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved, within 3 business days. If it’s approved,
we’ll send you an email with our return address a prepaid return shipping label.

If it is approved, then once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be processed, within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Also, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.


Late or missing refunds
If you believe you haven’t received a refund by the time you expected it, kindly check your bank account one more time.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@gladmatter.com and we'll look into it!

CARRIERS

For orders placed in the US, standard delivery is via the US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

For orders placed in other countries, in most cases the order will be printed and shipped either in that same country via the national postal service, or the national postal service of a nearby country.
